
All Things Change was established in 2014 as a specialised change management consulting business. After many years' in this industry, we noticed an increase in the number of organisations looking for the change management 'silver bullet' - that, with the best intentions, was focussed on generating artefacts and documentation, outsourcing how resistance to change gets managed and increased pressure on leadership performance.
Today, we combine our extensive knowledge of change management methods with the 'inner work' of leadership. We know that leaders who lean into the invisible dimensions of successful change outperform the others and leave a lasting legacy.

Our Founder
Linda Williamson is the founder of 'all things change'. Driven by her top value of making a difference, she's a self proclaimed 'unconventional change manager'. She combines decades of experience in traditional change management with the "X Factor". She describes as the 'inner work' of leadership - strengthening trust in teams, empowering leaders to lead in alignment with their values and creating purposeful transformations for the impacted ecosystems. ​

Working with like-minded professionals, her 30+ years' industry experience includes mining, oil and gas, energy, financial services, legal, technology, tertiary education, professional services, not-for-profits, member-based organisations and the public sector.
