Established in 2014 as a specialised change management and leadership consulting business, we noticed a growing number of organisations looking for the 'silver bullet' in change methodologies that, with the best of intentions, were focussed on generating artefacts and documentation and outsourcing how change gets lead. ​
Today, we combine the 'inner work' of leadership with how change gets lead. We know that leaders who show up authentically to lead their teams through change outperform the others and leave a lasting legacy.

Linda Williamson is the founder of 'all things change'. Driven by her value of making a difference, she's a life-long learner and an unconventional leader of change. She combines decades of experience in contemporary change management practices with the "X Factor". This is what she calls the 'inner work' of leadership - transforming leadership to strengthen trust in teams, empowering others to lead in congruence with their values and creating purposeful change for impacted people and the ecosystems in which they work.​

Working with like-minded professionals, her 30+ years' industry experience includes mining, oil and gas, energy, financial services, legal, technology, tertiary education, professional services, not-for-profits, member-based organisations and the public sector.
