Service Description

This custom designed program is based on the specific conditions and ecosystem of your team. We start with a diagnostic to understand the dynamics in play using a range of tools and then co-design the program with you. We are accredited in the Barrett Values Centre diagnostic tools including Leader Values Assessment (LVA); Personal Values Assessment (PVA) and Culture Values Assessment (CVA).
