Service Description

This is a custom designed program based on the specific challenges and opportunities of your team. We start by listening to your system and the dynamics in play using a range of diagnostic tools and then design a program to address the opportunities and challenges to elevate your team's connection and performance. We use the same approach for internal change teams and project teams - integrating new ways of working using your existing methodologies. We are accredited in the Barrett Values Centre diagnostic tools including Leader Values Assessment (LVA); Personal Values Assessment (PVA) and Culture Values Assessment (CVA). We also recommend and are accredited in The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a 360 assessment tool independently administered by The Leadership Circle. Contact us to discuss your requirements
